1. Orders & Payments

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Your order is confirmed when we send a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order for stock or pricing errors.

2. Shipping

We dispatch from Australia via Australia Post. Standard shipping is $15.00 AUD flat, free over $150.00 AUD, and express is a $20.00 AUD upgrade. Cutting-off for same-day dispatch is 3:00 PM AEST. Delivery times vary by location and are estimates, not guarantees.

3. Authenticity

We sell genuine Korean skincare sourced through authorised distributors. We never sell grey-market or counterfeit product.

4. Returns

For damaged or incorrect items, contact hello@thek-glow.co within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or refund. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare cannot be returned unless faulty.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
