Where do orders dispatch from?
Everything ships from our Australian warehouse. Order before 3:00 PM AEST and it goes out the same day. No international post, no customs hold-ups.
How much is shipping?
Standard Australia Post is $15.00 AUD flat, or free when you spend over $150.00 AUD. Express is a $20.00 AUD flat upgrade.
How long does Australia Post delivery take?
Standard usually takes 2 to 6 business days to metro areas and 3 to 8 for regional addresses. Express is usually 1 to 3 business days.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. Every product is genuine Korean skincare, sourced through authorised distributors and stocked in Australia before we send it out.
Are your sunscreens TGA compliant?
Sunscreen is regulated in Australia, so we only stock compliant products and we are open about it. See our TGA Compliance page for details.
Can I return a product?
If a product arrives damaged or is the wrong item, contact us at hello@thek-glow.co within 14 days and we will sort it out.
